A Flipper Zero card fills up with good intentions: files named test, final, final2, and new-folder. The device does not mind, but future you will, the day a project needs the one file that could be any of six.
The rename session belongs on a computer. In qflipper, the file manager shows the whole card at once, so a month of experiments can be renamed in one sitting: project names instead of test numbers, dates where dates help, and a single archive folder for the finished work.
While the names are fresh, copy the renamed card into a dated backup. Good names plus a good backup mean the library explains itself; anyone, including you in six months, can open it and know what everything is. Owners who do this once rarely go back to chaos naming, because qflipper makes the tidy state almost effortless to keep.
