Honestly, the hype around Siddharth Anand's next big directorial venture is getting kind of crazy. If you have been keeping up with Bollywood updates, you already know King movie 2026 is locked in for a massive Christmas arrival on December 24, 2026.
What's super cool about this one is that it's the very first time we are going to see Shah Rukh Khan and Suhana Khan acting together in a feature film. From what is floating around, the whole plot leans into a gritty mentor-and-student dynamic. Plus, that first look of SRK with his silver hair and rugged vibe? Total game-changer compared to his usual slick action looks.
They’ve packed the cast with absolute heavyweights too—think Deepika Padukone, Anil Kapoor, Abhishek Bachchan, and a bunch of other familiar faces. Red Chillies and Marflix are pulling out all the stops to make it a massive theatrical event. Sure, filming had a few hiccups earlier because of some injuries on set, but SRK himself cleared the air during an interaction and promised it's still dropping this December.
We are still waiting on a full-length official trailer, but honestly, between the star-studded ensemble, the massive action scale, and the family duo headlining it, this is easily one of the most exciting year-end releases we've had in a long time.
